a moment of imoulse, I think

After months of thinking about it, I plucked up my courage to perm my hair again. This time, is the short hair perm.

I like the feeling of getting a short perm - carefree and girly. Even one of my student's mum said it very sweet and the curls will soften after a week. I do pray so!

I'll change my profile picture after a week. Till then, I am so not happy with the drastic change. my fringe is surprisingly obedient in making it straight and thick. I like my fringe. If curls soften will be so on time for my convocation.

oh well, we shall see how.

My new hobby

I praise and thank God that the toughest and busiest month of the year is over. However, more is coming.

We have started to look for people who might be interest in joining our mission trip this late November. On top of that, I have been unknowingly preparing accessories for the scrapbook. I am also actively looking for place to stay, and am thinking of negotiating to Tirza for a certain rent before I join the MOE teaching career (and prays that I do).

Anyway, I am having this new scrapbook thingy. I wouldn't say it is the easiest thing to do but it does give great satisfaction when I do, even if it is just a handmade flower.

It does destress me before bed. By the time I am done, I felt tired and wanted to sleep. I pray that today will be the same too. I am going to explore purple with other colour and see the effect. It will be for my own scrapbook.

I pray that the guest book for Shirlyn and David will be good.

Anyway, these are my cover for my scrapbook. As an amateur, it looks ok la. Anyway, I intend to make it a habit and make it a faithbooking habit as mention at scrapbookideas. It's a good idea to put personal comments/prayers after each devotional. I intend to put them in collection of books in Bible as my next bible study will last three years.

I am tired. I guess I should rest a little while.
